Hot Kettlebells, Inferno Hot Pilates and Yoga

From a full body blast using Kettlebells to a relaxing yet challenging stretch in Yoga, we have a class to suit everyone. 


We offer a range of classes including:

Kettlebells, Yoga, Method X, Inferno Hot Pilates, BoxFIT, and Hot Sculpt.

Hot Kettlebells

This is one hell of a class, combining kettlebells and body weighted exercises, this class is designed to push you to your limits.


The exercises will strengthen and tone your whole body. With kettlebells, we swing, lunge and squat our way to a more toned body improving strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. 


Come join a class and get to grips with a kettlebell, a powerful tool for improving your fitness and overall body composition.


All levels of fitness welcome.

Hot Sculpt

Our Hot Sculpt class combines Pilates with high-intensity interval training. The added challenge of the heat, this class will ignite your metabolism, burn calories, and build strength. 


A 50 minute dynamic fusion of the principles of Pilates and HIIT, exercises for a full-body burn using bands and small weights aiming to improve strength and endurance.


All levels of fitness welcome.

BoxFIT

 BoxFIT is a fun energetic class, learning the fundamentals of boxing to advance boxing including body weighted high intensity exercises.


The class will consist of working with a partner, one holding pads and one boxing. 

The coach will give combinations to work on with your partner, ensuring you have the correct technique, skills and punching power/speed and not just hitting at the pads. 

You will also do boxing on the pads with the coach.


All levels of fitness welcome, no boxing experience required.


Boxing gloves, wraps and pads provided.

Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga

 Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga that links breath with movement, creating a seamless sequence of poses designed to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Often referred to as “flow” yoga, Vinyasa emphasizes continuous motion, where each posture transitions smoothly into the next, guided by intentional breathing. This style not only provides a full-body workout but also helps reduce stress, improve balance, and enhance mental focus. Suitable for all levels, Vinyasa Yoga offers a challenging yet accessible practice that energizes the body and calms the mind. 

Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga is a structured, fast-paced practice that follows a set sequence of poses, linking breath with movement for a dynamic and disciplined workout. Each class builds strength, flexibility, and focus through repeated flows, starting with Sun Salutations and progressing through standing, seated, and finishing poses. Ashtanga offers a powerful and meditative practice rooted in tradition. 

Method-X

26 postures and 2 breathwork in 40 degree heat, Method-X is a cardiovascular workout whilst also focusing on strength and flexibility. The heat of the room starts a detoxification process of the body.

Method-X is completely dialogue led with little to no physical demonstration from the instructor.

Inferno Hot Pilates

Our top Sculpt & Shred instructor, Nikki, has recently trained to instruct with master trainer Gabi Walters, the founder of Inferno Hot Pilates.
