We have all of the equipment required for your class to go ahead, however we recommend you bring enough water to see you through the heat! We do have some water available for purchase at reception. It's up to you if you'd prefer to bring your own yoga mat, but we do have some free to use.
On heated classes, we do recommend that you bring a towel the approximate size of your yoga mat, or a non-slip yoga towel.
We have an open approach to all levels of fitness. All of our classes are able to be tailored to the individual taking part and none of our instructors will ever make you do anything or work harder than you wish to.
For some people, the heated element can be daunting and we understand. If you ever wish to step out of the room during the session, you are able to!

There's a pay and display car park just across the road on Sunderland Street.
We're located at 2 Brook Street, Macclesfield, SK11 6HN.
Our entrance is on Brook Street across the road from Dixy Chicken and V10 Noodle Bar. You should be able to see our logo next to a grey door. Walk in, come upstairs and it's the first door on the left!
You can wear whatever you feel comfortable in. We recommend you wear stretchy fabric rather than cotton due to the heat.
You can arrive up to 10 minutes before your class time. We do have a sofa in reception where you can wait!
The door is usually locked 5 minutes after the class starts. Any late arrivals will be dealt with at the discretion of the instructor of the class.
We have lockers with keys in each of our changing rooms which are free to be used.
Yes, we have 4 showers available for use, 2 per changing room. We recommend that you bring your own towel, however we have towels available for rent at our front desk.
We also have hairdryers available for free use in the changing room. We do not provide toiletries such as shower gel.
We ask that you are at least 16 years of age.
