We provide low impact high intensity workouts with our Sculpt classes and high intensity high impact workouts with our Shred kettlebell classes.
Whilst we offer intense Shred classes, we also offer less intense Sculpt classes such as yoga and Pilates, which provide the right level of intensity and zen required for a well balanced and fun way of working out.
Our dedicated instructors guide you on your journey whether you're a beginner or if you're well versed in heated workouts.
